Worst company. Slick sales staff will make you promises and gain your trust before you are sent a defective vehicle. Vroom does NOT inspect their cars, wash their cars, repair their cars before they send to you. They buy from an auction as is and stick on an 18-wheeler and send to you with the auction sticker still on the car. Save yourself a headache and buy from Carmax, an honest, professional company.
