This business is poorly run. They think it is acceptable to contact you over a week after the order was placed to ask for £25 as a delivery surcharge (we live in outer London - not anywhere particularly far flung). They were already late with the delivery (their terms say it will be delivered within 5 working days) when they did this and had ignored an email asking for an update. This behaviour is immoral and possibly illegal. Delivery charges should be accurately represented at the time the order is placed. You can't say free delivery and then charge later. I have cancelled my order and am now waiting for a refund.
