My item arrived about a month late, their logistics company is AWFUL, and my item was missing all hardware. The dining table I ordered requires specialty hardware to assemble it, so now I have a 200lb absolutely useless table taking up my dining area. I tried to buy the hardware myself, but since I'm completely guessing about what hardware is needed, the table is wobbly and poses an enormous safety hazard. I emailed Alliance yesterday and still haven't heard anything back from them. Just order through a major website that has better customer service.

Don't use this service if possible. They delivered my item over a month late and never called me to make a delivery appointment- I had to reach out to THEM to finally ask them to bring my item to my house after my tracking showed that it had been sitting at the local loading dock ready to be delivered for over a week
