When they sent me the wrong order, they REFUSED to make it right and overnight the correct order. I had to wait another week, so that it was WAY overdue. The customer service rep didnt' even seem to understand or care what I was typing (since there is no phone number to call anyone) half of the time. They just didn't want to spend the money to overnight the correct order to make it right. I will NEVER order from them again.
