I paid for a ring almost a year ago. I have contacted them several times through email. I have been informed since I moved, and changed my address that it was delivered to my old address. There is nothing they can do, because it show's delivered. So I've been waiting 10 months for this ring. Now I'm being told I can't get my money back, and they can't resend a ring I never received. This is the worst customer service I've dealt with. I work in customer service, and the motto is always take care of the customer. Well apparently they don't care about their customer's here, and could care less that they killing their own business. I will never use this company again. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
