I bought a coat for my dog which I did measure him prior. However this company claims that I did not measure my dog. I didn't know that they have hidden cameras to see if I have measured my dog or not. I have a puppy who is growing every day and his jacket did not fit. The woman who communicates with me is very rude. I work in customer service and I would never treat customers like I have been treated. They will not give me an exchange or my money back. I sent photos that the jacket does not fit. Again he's a puppy. I called the toll-free number that's listed on the email and that woman also was rude and said she would have somebody else call me who didn't. This appears to be a shady organization as a business. And I'm going to be reporting them. Please stay away from this company.
