“After sales amendment charges are unfair”

I booked a hotel for my parents 50th wedding anniversary as a surprise and incorrectly booked B&B instead of half board. You know want to charge me £120 (£30pp) to change this! Alternatively If I cancelled and rebooked I would loose my deposits and as I paid above the minimum £1 it just isnt worth it. 1st time Ive used you to book rooms and this would make me think twice about using you again. I know the error is my fault but its disappointing the charges are high to make an amendment!

Booked the hotel golden rock 17 th of September. Payed in full for the12th to the 19th of October...
