There didnt even finish making the sandals.
The hooks have no loop to latch into. The straps were cut and never folded over to make the latch complete. Cheap quality. You can see someone traced a template and took cheap rubber and traced the template of the sole on the rubber and cut with a scissors.

It is fron China, Shipping takes forever and so far, very poor response and customer service. First and last time I am using them. Pics don't look like product either

I thought this was a decent site until I had the wrong item sent to me. It was a rug mispackaged. I made them aware of it and it has been back and forth for weeks. It takes them two days to respond to emails and the return time is past 30 days and they said the vendor wont do anything about it. Seriously? Will not be using thwm evwr again.
