If you have or are buying Auto Insurance in Michigan or if you are Disabled – READ THIS.

Michigan used to have the HIGHEST insurance premiums in the country, by far. No, not b/c of car theft, it was b/c we were all required to pay for UNLIMITED PIP, no choice.
As of July 1,2020, b/c of Senate Bill 1, Unlimited PIP was no longer mandated.

This is a LAW in the state of MI. But I can tell you, every single auto insurance co. I've dealt with has STILL tried to charge the FULL premium for PIP, even if you have your own medical insurance, they do not allow you to opt-out, or they try to hide this fee in their billing.

YOU MUST LOOK AT & KNOW YOUR PIP LEVELS OR THEY WILL BY DEFAULT LEAVE YOU AT UNLIMITED.

I attempted to obtain new Auto Insurance quotes on the providers' websites.
Under what was needed, I input in multiple locations, "State Minimums," "No PIP," "No Work Loss," "No Attendant Care Expenses," and again "Absolutely Positively Nothing Related to PIP."

This is the State of Michigan Auto Insurance Minimums:
• Up to $50,000 for a person who is hurt or killed in an accident.
• Up to $100,000 for each accident if several people are hurt or killed.
• Up to $10,000 for property damage in another state.
Also called 50/100/10.
• Property Protection Insurance (PPI) of $1 Million
• PIP of one of SIX levels that you choose

Local State Farm Agent reaches out, she supplies me with what she (lies) & says is the State of Michigan Minimums, so the differences are as follows:
• $50,000 for property damage (vs. $10,000 required)
• $50,000/$100,000 for Uninsured Motorist
• $50,000/$100,000 for Underinsured Motorist
• Limited Property Damage (this is just additional & NOT required)
• PIP at the $250,000 level (that is the 3rd highest possible level)!

I answered this lying email stating: I have perfect credit, a Masters Degree, no tickets, no accidents, live alone, and have an older car – I already stated I do not need this EXTRA coverage.
I also said, my income is SSDI, I am 100% Disabled, I do not need to drive daily to work, do not need this loss-of-income related insurance. I have FULL Medicare (Parts A, B, & D) & full Medicaid. I am also Hard of Hearing.

So even tho she pretended that her bill was the State Minimums, she came up with a new bill.
That one had the following, all of which are NOT required in Michigan:
• $50,000 for property damage (vs. $10,000 required)
• Limited Property Damage (this is just additional & NOT required)
• PIP – again! Unbelievable. And this time she actually deleted the coverage amount, so prior it was $250,000, now that line was blank
She also oddly put in a Homeowners Insurance discount, but for that I have Allstate, so you know with the final quote, that discount would have been removed.

After looking at this, I yet AGAIN reminded her I only needed the State Minimums. And absolutely no PIP. Want to know what she said?
"Yes, there are certain parts of PIP that no one can opt out of." That is an absolute blatant LIE.
We as MI voters and the Senate along with the Governor got rid of PIP 3 years ago in this form.
So, this is very, very important, and if you too have Medicare, you need to read this, as I didn't know. Here are the levels you can choose from for PIP:

The PIP medical coverage options are:
• Unlimited coverage
• $500,000 per person per accident
• $250,000 per person per accident
• $250,000 per person per accident with exclusions
To select this option, one or both of the following must be met:
O The named insured who is excluding PIP medical has qualified health coverage that is not Medicare; AND
O Any resident relative or spouse who is excluding PIP medical has qualified health coverage
• $50,000 per person per accident
To select this option, both of the following must be met:
O The applicant or named insured is enrolled in Medicaid; AND
O Any spouse and all resident relatives have qualified health coverage, are enrolled in Medicaid, or are covered under another auto policy with PIP medical coverage.
• No PIP medical coverage
To select this option, both of the following must be met:
O The applicant or named insured has coverage under both Medicare Parts A and B; AND
O Any spouse and all resident relatives have qualified health coverage or are covered under another auto policy with PIP medical coverage.
If you don't make a choice, they make one for you and no surprise, it's Unlimited PIP.

So this "Agent" refused to give me the no PIP coverage which I am eligible for. But here's a WARNING & what I just found out:
"It is important to note that having Medicare does not mean you have to opt out of PIP medical coverage. You can still purchase the level of PIP medical coverage you choose. If you choose to purchase PIP medical, your PIP medical will serve as primary payer for your medical costs after an auto accident up to the coverage limit you've selected. After that, your Medicare coverage will pay, subject to the limitations of the Medicare coverage."

In other words, if this Agent had enrolled me in the $250,000 level of PIP coverage or the other level that she deleted the name for, I would NOT be covered by Medicare (or Medicaid). This is not a choice I was given by State Farm, this stupid Agent, or anyone in charge, I found it on the Michigan.gov website!
Here's a final quote from this same Agent when I called her out on being untruthful:
"There are parts of the PIP provision that no one can opt out of. The vast majority of PIP benefits you may use your Medicare and opt out of. This is why there remains a minimal amount charged under the PIP line of coverage."

What?
Seriously, what?

Nowhere does it say if I buy State Farm's plan, that I requested Michigan Insurance Minimums and this Agent lied, twice, by stating that is what she provided, does it say that by buying their policy, I would be refusing my own health insurance coverage, that is Medicare & Medicaid.
Nowhere does it say that.

State Farm, even tho they're supposedly registered Insurance Agents, can not be counted on for honesty.

Puls Cut My Stovetop Natural Gas Safety Line Off - Myself & My Neighbors Had to Be EVACUATED By Consumers Energy Due to a Risk of EXPLOSION!

They promise:
-90-day Puls Guarantee on parts & labor
-No payments until job is done correctly
-Pay later online
-Workers are licensed
-Bring all their own tools
-Satisfaction guaranteed

Not a single item I just listed is true.

I needed a new line for a new gas cooktop installed. I had already removed old stove, just couldn't get it unscrewed to add new line, which I provided. Old line seemed to be glued on.

Puls could arrive quickly, saw all these (lies) guarantees, no problem simply remove gas line, install new one.

Quote was $149.

Day of arrival, tech was on his way. Didn't show up for over 3 hours. Brought a friend in tow.

For tools, he had with him nothing but a single wrench.
No flashlight, plyers, grease, mirrors, hammers, nothing... he had to BORROW my tools.
I supplied new gas line, new cooktop, flashlights.

These 2 men struggled with this old gas line for over an hour. Said it wasn't meant to come apart, it was "too difficult", they were carrying on, swearing, I said, "This is exactly what you were hired for, it was explained in emails and job description."

I went outside with my dog, came back in, "Oh yay! We got old line off."

Then couldn't get a single burner of 5 to light. Said, "I don't know what's wrong with it."
Stovetop also came with these small metal pieces, said, "Maybe these go on the burners?" Duh, yes they did.

I wasn't hovering, but see the friend had picked up my phone, was trying to turn it on. I immediately took phone back, he said, "Sorry, I thought that was his phone. They're both black." (!)

I asked main guy if he worked on gas stoves much, said, "No never, I don't usually do gas, I just learn as I go."
"So, you're NOT LICENSED?"
"No, I move furniture."

Said all 5 burners worked, lit one, stupid me, I should have lit them all.

I used my card to pay $149. They said I had to pay them, right then, not online vs. their advertising.
It's one of those card sliders, I asked for a receipt, they said Puls would email it to me. No receipt.

Except, they didn't only charge me $149 I agreed to!

They charged me $289 and charged my card another $49.
During this my bank contacted me, twice. I still thought we were at $149.

Then I see the guy's friend literally tried to take a PHOTOGRAPH of my debit card! I asked what he was doing, he said they need a photo of my debit card. Unbelievable!

I said, "No you don't." I was a Fraud Analyst for Visa, MC, Discover.
I also was ROBBED by another unskilled day laborer who photo'd my CC, used it to fly to Vegas, buy multiple hotel rooms, clothing, you name it.

She is now serving time for 6 out of 28 Felonies (see my review on Speedy Cleans).

Early on, had said I needed my front steps redone, another big mistake.
This worker said he'd handle that, asked for a deposit, but it had to BE CASH ONLY.

I said, how much is the entire total? He waffled around, never came up with a number. Was supposed to show up next day, day after, Monday. Never showed.

"Just go to an ATM or bank, withdraw $250 or $300."
I know how to withdraw money! Friend then said he was the company OWNER. I said, "I thought they're based in CA? (Not Detroit!)" Oh, right, he said he was only a "part owner."

Asked to use my bathroom, ugh, how can I say NO? Sure. I don't know WHAT he was doing in there, but that night, the toilet would not flush. I have a plumber's plunger and clearer, I couldn't get that toilet to flush for over a week! Now the lift mechanism in the tank, near the handle, is totally broken.

I've owned this house for over 2 years. Never once had ANY issues with that toilet. I don't have a clue what he did, but he broke my toilet.

Next day, I see Puls charged me $289 AND $49, immediately contacted them

I said, "Did your guy think he did such a great job that I felt the need to tip him?"
They got back to me, "We called the tech and he said you told him he did such a great job, you felt the need to tip him."

What?! You just quoted me.
3 fonts, so 3 different people answering.

Refused to do anything.

Tried to use a few burners, only 2 of the 5 would light! I couldn't believe it.

And best yet:
Michigan you have to be a LICENSED TECH to work on gas lines. Puls pretends that this is what these folks are. He "learned as he goes," not licensed.

GUESS WHAT I FOUND - HIDDEN - UNDER A CABINET AND BEHIND A COFFEE MAKER?

THE GAS LINE!

This guy chopped it off.
There is that 90 degree safety switch, make sure it can't leak, while I was outside, this jerk cut that entire portion off! Are you kidding?

Contacted Consumers Energy. Said anyone in MI working with gas lines had to be licensed, certified, you don't cut off the safety switch!

Told Puls, supposedly insured for $5m., surely not.

Overcharged, then called me a liar. See my pics.!

2 months later, NONE OF THE 5 BURNERS WORK, MY TOILET IS BROKEN, PULS STOLE OVER $300 FROM A DISABLED WOMAN, CUT MY GAS SAFETY LINE.

Tip for consumers:
Puls almost blew up my house due to their incompetence of hiring cheap labor.

They will NOT give you a refund, they will sign you up for a subscription you did not ask for. Their guarantees are worthless, they lie, and will call you a liar too.

Hot Topic has sold themselves out to the THIEVES that are LaserShip.
I've ordered from them for over 25 years. I used to manage a Hot Topic store.
Somewhat recently, they super-cheaped out, started using the WORST delivery service available, the liars and thieves that make-up LaserShip.
2 months ago, half my order was MIA. I emailed HT and LS, after weeks it was delivered, middle of the night. All other items were USPS, delivered seamlessly.
Here we are again, another $200 order.
1 pair of pants came USPS, no issues.
2nd and 3rd pair of pants shipped the following day. By Laser$#*!.
I've been tracking it for 2 weeks.
Every day, they LIE, say bag was placed on truck for delivery, then they mark it as "misdelivered" or "we need more time" or "oops something went wrong!" Yes, the fact that HT uses this corrupt co. To begin with!
I did what I always had to do, contacted the seller, HT, and thieves, LaserCrap.
Oh, they need more time.
My package is sitting at the Detroit Airport about 30 miles from my house, where it's been sitting for 2 weeks.
This time, surprise, 11:30PM, yes at night, they supposedly delivered this package.
No, LaserLiars STOLE my package.
I have a large house on an acre, no one else took it. I also have a dozen Wyze Cameras that can see in the dark.
Knew I didn't need to but queued up to their FAKE delivery time. In fact, I viewed the entire night.
There was no one even on my street, muchless delivering HT packages to my porch at near-midnight.
I've had many problems with LaserLiars in the past, an ongoing issue with their drivers delivering Walmart orders.
They love to OPEN your orders, see what's in there, maybe keep it, maybe shove everything back in, maybe deliver an empty box, maybe deliver nothing.
They opened my box and tried out my hair dye@! And some make-up.
Repackaged it, delivered, days late. So outrageous this was, I took photos and promptly sent them to Walmart. No issue getting a refund. But I should not have to go thru that!
As an aside, I work a side-gig for AMAZON.
You know what would happen if we were stealing packages, opening them, lying to the customer, management didn't care, there was no oversight? We'd be FIRED.
That is LaserCrap.
Why in the world Hot Topic, any many other CHEAP companies, have switched to them, I have no idea.
And in the past I got FREE HT shipping, now it seems every order I'm paying for shipping.
So we're paying for LaserLiars to STEAL our products we paid for.
And yes, if HT thinks they're going to give me 1 second of trouble... CHARGEBACK.
People, you pay with a CC or Debit, educate yourself on Chargebacks.
Item Not Received, Item Received Broken, Item Not as Described - all reasons of legit chargebacks.
Slam Hot Topic with them, the merchant is charged a FEE every time, up to and including the CC processor not allowing their business any longer.
You have up to 90 days after it should have been delivered, but I've successfully done them after that point.
Be the squeaky wheel.

Tip for consumers:
As long as Hot Topic insists on using the scammers that are LaserShip, don't buy from them.

They're all a corrupt, money-grubbing, ran day to day in 3rd world countries, nightmares.

I'm Disabled, have Medicare, Medicaid and Extra Help, that's where I'm low-income enough that my meds are paid by the Federal govt. Not sure after the idiot "donut hole" but right now, all for me are $3.95.

Yet, Humana & all the others keep doing Prior Auths. So what they're saying is that their $10-$12/hr., probably in India, entry-level employee knows more than your doctor.

They know more than your doctors, nurses, extensive lab tests you've had done, many blood tests, maybe sleep studies, take-home recorders, tried PT, can't get home help, OTC meds are a scam, it's not All In Your Head either. And here's these uneducated, barely speak English folks who will ask Idiocracy questions such as, "Have you tried taking aspirin?" or "Did you get enough sleep" or "What about taking naps?" or "Maybe you shouldn't be driving?"

These ppl who know you not at all are being allowed to make judgment calls that effect your whole life. Unbelievable.

Now they don't even pay for MY meds, the Feds do, but that hasn't stopped their onslaught of requesting PA's for meds I've taken for YEARS. I only gave them the extra star b/c in my experience, there is no worse pharmacy than Walgreens, allowed to buy Rite-Aid, they are the absolute WORST. And they're American, working right down the street from your house, they have NO EXCUSE.

So for 1 of my issues, the wonderful Narcolepsy, I have to take a med that is ALLOWED to cost a grand a month, it's Fake Money, it's all in the computers, they don't actually hand anyone $1,000. I mean, unless you get the bill. And the Feds pay it.

This hasn't stopped YEARS of Walgreens making damn sure I don't get my meds. B/c they couldn't keep up the PA's, now they're "Out of Stock," as is their newly-bought Rite-Aid, so was Humana.

Every 30 days I get to deal with the STRESS, the LIES, and IT's NOT MY JOB nonsense from all of them! They really don't want me to stay awake or alert. And FYI-I'm not Disabled due to N., it's not even on the SSA list, sure, you can work if you're falling asleep face-first in your oatmeal, ice cream, soup, while standing, walking, bending over.

B/c of my hatred for Walgreens, I transferred all my meds to Humana. About 11 of them. I made sure they would cost $3.95, in stock, no issues.

Right of the bat: Problems! I had to do the "Transfer" from Walgreens 8 times, before I contacted them. If you view the drug info., it will say it's transferred from another pharmacy, you won't get charged or receive an email, reload the page, all is as it was like you never tried to check-out.

These people told me they don't ACTUALLY transfer your remaining scripts from another pharmacy. Oh really? Then why does your website state that is exactly what you're doing? In fact, it doesn't even tell you what's really happening: Instead of moving your remaining drugs from another pharm, they call all your original doctors to get them filled again! Even with viable refills sitting at another business.

Why? Who knows!

That was followed by at least 9 USPS (here's where a lot of your $$$ is going) letters to explain that they couldn't get ahold of ANY of my doctors or their offices or nurses or clinics. Yeah, right. So that was also a lie. They were never contacted.

Why they got ahold of any location, now they said, "Out of stock," which puts a hold on that medication until they get it back in stock. Which has NO estimates, some I'm at over 3 months Out of Stock. Now remember, I checked before I even attempted to use Humana. Suddenly they're out of everything.

Well my N. Med that I MUST have filled? I angrily contacted my Sleep Study doctor's office. First, they themselves went back and forth with lying Walgreens. This was after it was supposedly out of stock for 2 weeks. 1st they said I was filling it "too soon," even tho it hadn't been filled in 6 weeks. Then they said, "Oops, ok have her DRIVE here and pick up." Drs. Office called and told me this, I said No, they're out of stock. They called Walgreens again - yep, out of stock. Ugh!

Not gonna play the game with Humana. As a longshot, I had them call Costco. This was 5PM. The next day by 10AM, my N. Med was ready for pick-up. I have a Costco membership, but you do NOT need one to use their pharmacy. That's right. It's always been true. Even tho they're always located all the way across the store, you can walk over and get your meds.

The difference, thankfully, btwn Costco and Humana, Walgreens, Rite-Aid, Kroger, Walmart, Meijer, CVS, etc. pharmacies? The CUSTOMER SERVICE. Costco doesn't usually treat those who pay their paychecks like they're better than us, busy with something else, hired b/c you know someone else who works there. The ONLY way my issues with getting my overpriced drugs was fixed was getting rid of these SCAMMERS and using Costco.

Tip for consumers:
Kick Humana, Rite-Aid, Walgreens, CVS, Kroger, Meijers, etc. all to the curb! Use Costco, you don't need to be a member!

They are Out of Prescriptions, always. A $Billion Dollar$ company who made their money selling drugs is out of prescriptions.
Plus, a $Billion Dollar$ company who made their money selling drugs can't be bothered to hire anyone to answer their phones.

I've tried for a WEEK to get a necessary monthly script from these fools. After 4 days I used their Online Chat, just as useless and immoral as the South Lyon employees.

They stated Fri. It would be back in stock on "the next business day." I asked Monday? Yes, Monday. And it's Monday. Guess what, not in stock!

I tried to call this South Lyon location, I sat on hold for 20 minutes, no one answered. I did the Live Chat again, they asked ME why the pharmacy hadn't contacted other Walgreens to see if it was in stock. Do I work for Walgreens? That's YOUR job. The Live Chat lady said she was doing that, then ran into some "system error," transferred me to someone else, now the 3rd person, who couldn't be bothered to read the transcripts of the last half an hour. She told me simply to "call the store."

Unbelievable. They also lied and stated that they receive in their meds on order every 24 hours, and they couldn't see any info. About my Refill. What, do you mean the fact that I ordered the Refill, is that what you can't see?

I called the South Lyon jerks again. First call, after 10 minutes, someone picked up the phone, hung it up on me. The next call, after 25 minutes of their headache-inducing message that there was 1 person in line in front of me, I finally hung up.

And this was after a year and a half of their screw-ups at this location. I agree with the other Reviewer, fire these idiots, hire new people. The last time I used their drive-thru, I could see 7 different people in the pharmacy area, so not sure why they're not answering their phones or why they're Kmart-level picking up the phone and hanging up.

Why don't they have prescriptions in? One that I buy every 30 days?

Last month, and it's the SAME every month, my doctor's office called these jerks. 3 times. To see WHERE my prescription was and WHY it wasn't being filled. Walgreens told them, "Oh it will be in tomorrow, then tomorrow, then tomorrow." After a week of that, I called.

They Had My Medication In Stock, They Never Bothered to Tell Me, They Had No Notes I Was Waiting for This Prescription.

What?

It was simply sitting on the shelf. No one contacted me.

A year and a half ago, I mistakenly transferred all of my prescriptions via their website from Rite-Aid to Walgreens since I moved from another area.

This was all thru their computer system. I go to check, first they were in limbo. Next, they deleted FIVE of my prescriptions, no lie, they were gone. Finally they could see them, after much going back and forth, getting corporate involved. How does the computer loose your transfers?

Walgreens answer to all this? Well just make a dr. appointment and get new copies of your prescriptions, then bring them in to Walgreens.

They also told me that they had called my doctor's office and that they said they had, "never heard of me," and that I was "not a patient there."

At a doctor's office I'd been going to for 7 years? I don't think so. Turned out, they were contacting the WRONG PROVIDER! Wrong company name, wrong doctor name, wrong phone #, wrong fax #, wrong address, which was all correctly supplied to Walgreens. Gee, no wonder they'd never heard of me.

You can't get any dumber than these people. You really can't. A $billion dollar$ company who doesn't care about their customers, making sure you're safe, have the meds you need, they just don't care. And sadly, they were allowed to also buy-up half the Rite-Aid's too, so now it's double incompetence.

I am going to look to the grocery stores or a pro home delivery, Walgreens is garbage, South Lyon Walgreens is absolutely unprofessional trash.

Lakeside Mall, Sterling Heights, MI, for 2 hours. Their in-person store has many neat and unique items.
A nice young gentleman helped me several times while shopping.

Upon checkout, a much older, fat woman suddenly appears, she hadn't helped me. Breanna, hands him a stack of SW figures, demands he put them out, leaving her alone to ring me up. Probably stealing his commission.

Said she needs my name, phone, email, etc. to look up my Rewards account. I said I didn't have one, I haven't been to FYE in 20 years.

Takes my DL, makes a COPY of it. Why? Even she didn't seem to know. Tells me to sign up for the FREE Backstage Pass Rewards. I asked, is it free, oh yes, totally free. Save $23 today. Then tries to have me pick out a group of magazines, also "Free," they're never free.

Says I can "simply" call to cancel.

"Let me see the paperwork for this." She holds it up in the air. I said, "No, I want to read it and what the small print is." She says, "I'll put a copy in your bag."

I didn't ask for a copy in my bag. I now did not trust this FREE rewards card b/c the magazine subs were totally off.

Upon signing for the FREE Rewards on a small computer screen, immediately I see it says I'll be charged $11.99/month, so I ask lying Breanna for an answer. She talks nonsense, I said not interested, it's not FREE. She again says I can "simply" call and cancel.

No, the #2 Credit Card Chargebacks are for lying, unscrupulous companies, like FYE, who enroll you in recurring subscriptions then play Dumb when you try to cancel, or never really signed up to begin with. #1 Chargebacks is Diet Pills, BTW.

So now I just all-out refuse all this FREE stuff that isn't really free b/c to work at FYE, you need to be a liar. Then I get super ATTITUDE, she said she'll charge me "Full Price," like it's some threat. And I won't get that $20 off today. Never said thank you, nothing, just as rude as can be. And again, I bought almost $300 worth of products.

But I can't "simply" call to cancel any of their FREE, but not free, subscriptions. I am DEAF, and can't use the phone. ADA Discrimination.

Just for a pre-emptive strike, I immediately cancelled my Master Card. After reading so many reviews, I do not understand why FYE is still in business or why there's no Class Action Lawsuits against such a horrible company.

Tip for consumers:
A Credit Card chargeback for scammer companies that sign you up for services that you never agreed to will always be won by the customer.
When they play the game of "We can't pay you back for more than a year," a month or whatever, send them a Demand Letter. Add in all of your expenses and the cost of that DL. If they don't pay, take them to Small Claims Court where YOU live, doesn't have to be where they are.
Also, if you have a bad feeling, as I did, contact your bank and cancel your card.

My package is sitting at the Detroit Airport about 30 miles from my house, where it's been sitting for 2 weeks.
This time, surprise, 11:30PM, yes at night, they supposedly delivered this package.
No, LaserLiars STOLE my package.
I have a large house on an acre, no one else took it. I also have a dozen Wyze Cameras that can see in the dark.
Knew I didn't need to but queued up to their FAKE delivery time. In fact, I viewed the entire night.
There was no one even on my street, muchless delivering HT packages to my porch at near-midnight.
I've had many problems with LaserLiars in the past, an ongoing issue with their drivers delivering Walmart orders.
They love to OPEN your orders, see what's in there, maybe keep it, maybe shove everything back in, maybe deliver an empty box, maybe deliver nothing.
They opened my box and tried out my hair dye@! And some make-up.
Repackaged it, delivered, days late. So outrageous this was, I took photos and promptly sent them to Walmart. No issue getting a refund. But I should not have to go thru that!
As an aside, I work a side-gig for AMAZON.
You know what would happen if we were stealing packages, opening them, lying to the customer, management didn't care, there was no oversight? We'd be FIRED.
That is LaserCrap.
Why in the world Hot Topic, any many other CHEAP companies, have switched to them, I have no idea.
And in the past I got FREE HT shipping, now it seems every order I'm paying for shipping.
So we're paying for LaserLiars to STEAL our products we paid for.
And yes, if HT thinks they're going to give me 1 second of trouble... CHARGEBACK.
People, you pay with a CC or Debit, educate yourself on Chargebacks.
Item Not Received, Item Received Broken, Item Not as Described - all reasons of legit chargebacks.
Slam Hot Topic with them, the merchant is charged a FEE every time, up to and including the CC processor not allowing their business any longer.
You have up to 90 days after it should have been delivered, but I've successfully done them after that point.
Be the squeaky wheel.

Tip for consumers:
Do not buy from sellers who ship via Lasership.

I used this website to try to find an available dog Groomer near me. Well Thumbtack couldn't find a Groomer for me, but they could sell my personal information to all kinds of unrelated and unscrupulous companies!
Within an hour of putting my info. On their site, I got a huge uptick in Spam emails, I know it was from Thumbtack, I purposely spelled my name a little bit differently. The emails are in the subject "Blah blah fake crap email to you First Name, Last Name".
Yep, it absolutely came from this garbage website! And the emails of course have nothing to do with dogs or grooming. Then I started to get phone calls too! All from this site selling personal info. Stay far away from this company! They may or may not suggest useful contractors, in my case they couldn't find a single Groomer. But they will sell your personal info. To scammers, spammers, and co.'s that will blow up your phone!

Jet.com was purchased by Walmart in September 2016 in case that makes a difference to anyone.

Like others, my order of a large variety of household goods, makeup, some food items was charged immediately. I was under the impression that businesses were not supposed to charge until shipped?

The next day, supposedly my order had shipped out, which seemed fast. But tracking actually went to nothing, no package, was really just pending, not shipped. It took 2 weeks for it to finally arrive! Way too long. Everything in 1 box, packaged fine. 2 weeks for shipping and sending fake tracking info is just not acceptable.

Only issue with actual order was a 2-pack of deodorant, there was only 1. Emailed jet.com CS and they insisted it was a "site error". What? It is your website, and these are still listed as a 2-pack.

Low prices, but not liking other's horror stories, the immediate charge of my CC, or the 2 weeks for order arrival along with the fake shipping info. Also do not like that they are now owned by Walmart.
