I feel this is the hardest part but very much needed to help get the results I want. The exercises aren't easy and you definitely feel it afterwards. Next we stretch and get ready for KICKBOXING!
Each instructor teaches every class a little differently which is GREAT when I've done triple classes back to back. We're all drenched in sweat when the class is over.
