This company has the worst customer service business model in the history of humankind. They just channel every customer inquiry to a center in the Philippines where the reps have no information and even less authority/ability to assist customers in any meaningful or impactful way. I had hoped after waiting for 2 months after ordering and making over 30 inquiries via chat/call that the mattress would be worth the wait. The was the greatest disappointment. I am 5'8" and 160 lbs., so definitely not an exceptionally heavy person. This mattress collapses significantly whether flipped with the "medium" side up (very soft) or with the "luxury firm" (barely medium, if that) facing up. This is a ridiculous excuse for spine support as it provides none. It just feels like an old squishy, "caving in" mattress in a cheap hotel with springs that poke out on the sides and no edge support at all. All I wanted was a quality firm mattress that was flippable - this one can't even be used on the softer side unless you never want to be seen or heard from again. You'd probably need to be rescued using a 20 ft. Length of rope if you used the "medium" side. Using the "luxury firm" side is sinkingly horrible enough.

This is an honest, transparent review based on my real experience with Idle Sleep in November/December 2020 and January 2021. I was not paid to write/post this review.

Tip for consumers:
There is no way to contact this company in their domestic office. They actively prevent customers from reaching them in the US. You can only reach them overseas.

My experience was less than desirable and nothing you'd wish on anyone you cared about. I saw an ad and ended up subscribed to their email, so I drove there on December 3,2019 and arrived at 6:11pm. The doors were locked. They had been blowing up my email with ads and offers on a daily basis for an entire week at that point. I had received a message from them about their extended holiday hours that afternoon, and it said they closed at 10pm. When I got there, they said there was a holiday party for the employees and their families, but I saw dozens of confused customers in the parking lot who could not understand why they were closed when emails and their website indicated they were open. Since then I have received ridiculous emails claiming things like, "If we don't have it, you don't need it." When I chose to unsubscribe from their emails, giant bold letters popped up on my screen saying, "What a shame!"

Honestly, who would choose to do business with a company that conduct its business communications and such an obtrusive and discourteous manner?
