I'm old, fat and totally out of shape and recovering from a 17 broken bones accident.
The staff is patient, knowledgeable and friendly. I'll go back again and let them watch me struggle to get off the floor. Dave, Cheryl and the cute teacher (who's name has ill used me) are patient, supportive and accommodating. I believe they are going to help me reach my goals and I could not think of a more fun way.
