This company really is interested in your health and it shows. The customer service could use some help, but in no way does that deter me from using their quality products. They've allowed our nonprofit organization to be a coach so we can use it for fundraising without any cost to us. Pretty incredible!

I love the commentary from this website and the way the information is presented, but I was really most impressed that within the first week, someone emailed me to ask what I thought about the website and what made us decide to make the donation to the site. She was extremely friendly!

I absolutely love organizing tools and this is a great way to project manage within a business or within your own home. You can add others to tasks or comment on each others work within the application. Hugely helpful in cutting through the clutter!

After fitbit was sitting for a couple months, I went to recharge it and found that it wasn't working at all. I contacted the company because I hadn't had the fitibit long enough or used it long enough for it to short circuit. Inititaly they said they couldn't help and that fitbits don't last forever. I'm aware of this, but think it should last longer than just 2-3 months of use. They then offered me a discount on my next purchase, but I really am not interested in a device that costs a lot for working a little. When the fitbit worked, it was great.

Fantastic that it's free and I find this is great for when I need to research something, but it doesn't have the visual ease of other organization apps that I've used.

The service itself isn't always perfect, I've had my share of glitches that have been annoying to deal with, BUT, I have received better customer service there than any other company, online or otherwise! They are personable and friendly. Any issues that I had were swiftly taken care of and always done with a really great attitude. I strongly feel that any other company out there could learn from buffer on how to interact with their customers.

They have always been willing to look to see if they had the product I'm looking for over the phone before I get there. Once I'm there, I've always found staff are asking me first if I need assistance before I even have a chance to ask for assistance. All in all good store with good service!
