I tried this service twice. The first time, after many weeks, I got a letter saying "for some reason that we won't explain, your subscription couldn't be processed." So I tried again, this time with a different airline's miles. This time, I called after the magazines didn't arrive during their extremely long 3 month waiting period. When I called, they again said that they couldn't apply my Frontier miles to the magazines. But they did not bother to inform me at all and they did not offer any solution whatsoever to repair. These folks are a scam! Put them out of business!
