I ordered a pair of shoes on Feb. 23rd and tracking said it was shipped on Feb. 24th. I have no shoes and it's March 23rd? I had to contact via email support and open a ticket and they just said it was not shipped due to customs issue. So if that is the case why didn't someone tell me or refund my money? They closed my last ticket on March 12th and said the logistics team will contact me... well they have not done so!
