They have send me poorly trimmed stationary before (where someone else's design bleed into my art) and sent me fuzzy illegible printing due to bleeding ink. Their customer service division was quick to help me and sent a free reorder BUT they sent me more of the same poor quality product.: (

This company is just WAY better than any other online print shop. Not only are their prices fair, paper quality consistent, and their website easy to use, their customer service is just awesome. A rep actually double checks your art, touches base about questionable images and ensures you will receive your order on time by tracking production.

I loved the thumbnail of the image I bought, but when I downloaded it at the largest size I could buy, I discovered that there were several seams/lines where the artist had peiced together different images and just wasn't thorough with their editing/blending. Big disappointment. I recommend better quality control.
