We are very sorry to hear that you have not seen your payout amounts, and we would like to provide an overview for you. For clarification, last fall we began using Bill.com for payouts instead of PayPal. Please feel free to reach out to our Customer Service Team at assistance@swap.com or 630-296-0146, and we can help to make sure you are set up accordingly for payouts via Bill.com.
