Purchase item on 12-14-19 was told it would arrive in 3 to 6 business days. After receiving the confirmation email and status showed item preparing.
Called customer service on 12-24, Mary answered the call by saying Hello. I knew I was in trouble by that. She assured me my package would arrive by 8 pm.
Called today and new representatives informed me that she could get it sent out and arrive in 3 business days. Then informed me she was wrong the item wasn't even in stock and would be able to get until January 20,2020.
A little to late! Misleading, misinformed from the get go!
