I ordered a DLP lamp for my Mitsubishi TV which went out right before Superbowl. The part arrived within a few days. After installing it went dead after 4 days. I received an RMA # to return the order and shipped it back. I received an email that the part had shipped about two weeks later... the part never arrived... now I cannot get anyone to answer my phone calls or emails regarding a refund.
I wouldn't use this company if you want good parts or good service.
