I ordered 4 packages of hair which was supposedly delivered yesterday according to their tracking number provided. It was not. After contacting customer service, repeatedly, I was basically told to contact USPS as it's not Donna Bella's responsibility to make sure that the hair is delivered, it's only their responsibility to get the order out. The customer service rep, Mikayla, was condescending acting as though she was doing me a favor instead of her job. She stated that I needed to wait 14 days after contacting USPS to see if the hair is found before they would offer a replacement. How is that helpful when I told Mikayla repeatedly that I have an appointment to have the hair installed in 3 days and my stylist is booked up for extensions through February. She suggested I order, and pay, again and pay extra for FedEx shipping. So they can rip me off for $200 worth of hair again? No thank you. What business uses USPS to ship $200 worth of merchandise without any insurance anyway? Not one that will be getting my business ever again. I strongly urge you to order your hair elsewhere as Donna Bella does not give a crap whether you get your hair or not.
