If you don't know about this company, I suggest you get on it. First, the name is hilarious and the story behind it is not what you expect. Also, not only are they awesome products MADE IN THE U.S.A., but the customer service is spectacular. Very responsive and email responses that are not an automated reply, but an individual message. I also appreciated that part of their profits this season went to the Semper Fi organization.

I will definitely be buying more products from this company in the future.

Anyone else have a horrible experience with Pottery Barn delivery this holiday season? Over a month ago, because I was trying to be ahead of the Christmas gift buying rush, I ordered two pillows that were on sale. When they arrived, they were the wrong pillows. I called PB immediately and the customer service agent seemed to get the issue fixed. I made sure to ask that the pillows that I wanted were truly still available and he assured me they were. Fast forward 3 1/2 weeks later when I realized I still had not received the correct pillows, I contacted them and they reply with, "Sorry those are no long available." Uhhhh, excuse me? The saga has continued back and forth, but I won't write it all out here.
A friend of mine also ordered a gift and asked for a gift receipt. The gift arrived broken and without a gift receipt.
Pottery Barn is really dropping the ball and has definitely lost two customers. Maybe Crate and Barrel has better service.

I found this company through an Instagram ad and originally looked into it because I wanted a natural deodorant that would actually work. Not only did I find that, but I also found skin care products that don't irritate my sensitive, combo, acne-prone skin.

Their products are sustainably and humanely produced right there on their local, family farm in Tennessee and they're great about sharing pictures and videos of the working farm and staff on their social media sites. Who doesn't love seeing baby goats happily bleeting and bouncing around?

Overall, this is a great company with spot-on customer service and products that you can pronounce the name of every ingredient in them and can feel safe about using... and they work. That should go without saying, but we all know those expensive, store-bought products that don't do jack poop. At weeks away from 40, my skin looks better than ever and I don't have to worry about the chemicals I'm putting on it to make it so.

For the most part, I've had a good experience buying clothes. The prices are great and the condition of the clothes is made clear. I did have some trouble with clothes sizes not being clear. I received pants that were unspecified Talls, for instance.

Selling, however, is a different story. I had a HORRIBLE experience with sending in a brand new, unworn pair of shoes in a brand they accept and they told me they had pictures of the wear and tear. They never showed me these alleged pics. They refused to investigate further and were "unable to send them back." The shoes had been in a box, completely unworn, so basically someone in the warehouse decided they wanted to take them home for free and just listed them as having come in in bad condition. Beware trying to sell stuff to them.
