Hands down the best customer service I've ever experienced in the food business. And delicious sandwiches!
I'm surprised so many people don't know about Youtube TV yet. It's cheap (used to be cheaper), you get all the great channels cable plans offer live plus DVR recording for less than $50/month.
Amazon is one of those corporations that control too much market to care about their customers. Good luck trying to cancel anything through them. They'll make it as difficult as it can be, typical sign of a company who puts their best interests always above the customer. They create hassle to discourage you from leaving them. The focus is to keep your money instead of truly listening to your feedback and make change. People like Amazon because of convenience, that's about it.
If you use your free account to do so much as upload a video that promotes your business in their platform, they shut your account down claiming you are doing business via the free account and that you can only upload business-related content if you pay for their paid platform. No wonder their marketshare is so low. Greedy mentality. Worst part is their paid upgrade is trash.
They scam transcribers out of their ability to make any decent money. When you are paid $2 for a project that takes you hours to do due to terrible audio quality and when you must score nothing but perfect score in order to get better gigs, you know this company definitely doesn't have your best interest in mind. Steer clear of Rev. There are better options.
