I bought a pair of boots awhile back from DSW and when I received them I got 2 left boots that were totally different brands. They made it right and shipped me a new pair. Then I bought a pair of sneakers…… I knew something was wrong when o opened the package and there was no top to the box! I looked at the sneakers and they were literally just thrown in and had appeared to be worn. So I called and they said to ship them back and they'll send me a new pair. So now this required me to find a box because the pair they sent didn't come w a proper box. So later I finally received my new pair except they literally came the same way the last pair did…. No proper box, just tossed in and appeared to have been sitting around for a year. This time I took them back to the store where the manager was nothing but condescending! Refused to give me a refund only store credit because when I purchased the original pair it was over 60 days. So here I am I purchased another pair because I had a credit. So I purchased a pair of slip on shoes I just received them today and as expected they were thrown in a box and the bottoms look like they have been worn. I am exchanging them and fingers crossed they can send me a brand new pair that is packaged like they are new. Honestly how can they screw up this many times in a row with 3 completely different pairs of shoes is beyond me.
