Everything they just said in the comments is a lie. The fact that you have a customer service number on your website but it is a dead number no one answers says it all. The fact that I have to contact you through email which many times gets misconstrued is ridiculous. You all lied about when my ordered was shipped by giving me two different tracking numbers after I had to reach out to you all to see where my package was over a week after I ordered it. My package came too late. So I rejected it and I expect a FULL refund. I went back and forth with Desiree in over ten emails to resolve this matter. She said there is absolutely nothing she could do to fix it. Perhaps if I had an actual live person to speak with the outcome could have been better. Tell me what reputable and successful company does not have a live person to speak with? I will update later to tell you all if I receive my refund or if this company just steals your money like other reviews have stated.

Hello Jay,

I apologize for the misunderstanding. I reviewed your order and I can see with did ship this order within the time frame specified which makes this review not unfair or not valid. You placed your order on 03/16 after hours and we did process your order the next business day 03/17, per our policy we do have a processing time frame of 5-7 business days. Your order shipped on the 4th business day 03/23. We received an email from you 03/24 requesting to cancel, you were informed the order was already in transit therefore we are unable to cancel since it is in route to you. You can however refuse the package if you are no longer interested or you may return per our return policy as well. We definitely give our customers options. We are now available via live chat instead of phone lines and we also may be reached via email. These methods of communication are the best for a faster response and we definitely made those changes to improve our customer service team response time frames.
