Everything they just said in the comments is a lie. The fact that you have a customer service number on your website but it is a dead number no one answers says it all. The fact that I have to contact you through email which many times gets misconstrued is ridiculous. You all lied about when my ordered was shipped by giving me two different tracking numbers after I had to reach out to you all to see where my package was over a week after I ordered it. My package came too late. So I rejected it and I expect a FULL refund. I went back and forth with Desiree in over ten emails to resolve this matter. She said there is absolutely nothing she could do to fix it. Perhaps if I had an actual live person to speak with the outcome could have been better. Tell me what reputable and successful company does not have a live person to speak with? I will update later to tell you all if I receive my refund or if this company just steals your money like other reviews have stated.
