This was I bought but never came until now I'm waiting for their refund:(

I want to complain in the Paypal but paypal become so strict or tight I can't show any ID document at that time because I was registered as business and not personal paypal. Until now I can't refund my balance to my paypal. Anyways, I would like to ask the paypal where original the lugbuy.com so I could refund my money. I don't know where to go or ask so I could have my justice as a consumer. Lesson learn is not to trust online purchase especially from china which is so hard to communicate with them and it takes long time to respond and deliver their product. Worse if it never came the shipment and there's so far to contact and to sue. Also paypal disappointment hugely! Why they never ask ID before I started the paypal why they did it during my downside moment.
