Speedy delivery, good level of communication, great range and brilliant customer service on the rare occasion quality fell below the standard I expected.

Zavvi use another rating based site and ask you to review your recent purchase but then for anyone who leaves one star feedback they remove it stating it goes against the t&cs as you can only review service. Even when service was mentioned they remove it to boost their scores. Shocking. Z Box quality is now terrible, when you complain you get fobbed off, trying to return boxes is complicated and costly. No real means of getting in touch with company. Terrible. Avoid.
