I've returned my product and still didn't receive the money. I have proof that I send it but they just say that they don't have it. It's been 3 weeks and it still didn't receive any money. They refuse to send the money even with the proof, now I have nothing and lost $92. One big scam.

Customer placed an order for a screen for a Lenovo ThinkPad. It was promised to be delivered on June 15th and it arrived 5 days ahead of the promised date on June 10th. Customer initiated an automatic return, reason given - screen not needed. Customer mailed the screen back on June 16 with-out any tracking and the parcel has not been received since.

We are issuing an advance refund ahead of the receipt of the return.
