I bought a pebble watch... it was broken... I wrote them and explained the situation. They sent me a prepaid postage... to print off... sent back... a week later I now have a brand new pebble watch! Thank You CowBoom AAA++++ If the first time doesn't work out... they will make sure that the next product is in excellent working condition.
