It took me 15 tries on all of their various 1800 numbers to actually get a human in the fraud department. And guess what, it turns out their fraud department employees cant actually help you with fraud issues. If i need to contact my credit union, they have multiple phone numbers that get me to a human right now. I feel bad for citibank customers as citibank surely does not care of your problems.
