Butler attempted to tell me that my pool light would need to be replaced, wanting me to spend $400. Found out it was just a breaker myself. Also, they came out and did nothing, but then charged me $160. Then my friend had used them, they told him he needed a new pump and other items, found out it was just a pipe that needed to be sealed. They are CROOKS.

I believe our pool turned out nice. During the pool creation process the company drove over our septic lines, causing issues with our septic. Most importantly, the concrete deck they poured around the pool cracked within a month of installation and the company would not do anything about it. It has since cracked all around the pool. If you do decide to get a pool from this company, watch them every step of the way so they will not damage your property and then get someone else to do the concrete. Their concrete installation where they drilled the rebar into our existing patio, has damaged our existing patio since they did not put them far enough down. Overall a very poor job with the concrete.
