I Already wrote a review. So I'll just say I have completed everything they asked for and they have my money and now 2 weeks later they want all the information I gave them yet again. Also no way to speak to anyone but a call center in the Philippines. And they have repeated mismanaged all of it. So disappointed.


I spoke to a call center over and over. They took my payment. I was waiting for weeks. I tried to contact corporate. Which is impossible. Worst experience ever. They have my money for weeks now. They did send an email on Feb 12 asking for payment. Or course I disregarded It because I new the money left my account. So they have my money and now are asking me about my "Prism" which I gave over the phone weeks. This seemed like such a great deal with great styles etc. It's a nightmare that is STILL unresolved. Sorry but I must be honest. I hate to say these things in a review. Jeff sibille
