Sent our Cougar MBI in to Camping world in Concord NC. Considering we were dealing with the covid 19. They approved the warranty work for processing and sent the parts to Camping World in a timely manor and Camping World knocked it out in 2 days flat.

We bought our Cougar MBI In January 2020. Geno was the Salesman. Everything went really smooth from start to finish. They did the install on my fifth wheel. Jeff the tech in back 1st bay, had everything done by the end of the next day on my Ram truck. I had a warranty concern that we noticed once we had got it home. They had me contact Wendell Helms in the service department and he was in communication with us the whole way through the process. They went through it and found a few more things that needed done that we weren't even aware of. Service with a smile and was professional the whole way through. Thanks Camping World.
