I ordered motorcycle turn signals. Immediately after placing the order (i. E., less than five minutes) I notified them that I'd erroneously ordered the wrong parts and asked to cancel the transaction. I received a nonsensical response from the ALI website that didn't respond to my question. I then followed up several times - but zero response. They did charge my credit card however. Anyone using this website needs to realize that you have zero recourse if there's a problem. Very unhappy.
