Ordered a dishwasher - the day it showed up it was the wrong cover it was sent back. They wanted to charge me for the ship back. But it was their fault, not mine
We ordered again - my mistake - but they then starting flipping dates on when it would arrive. Mistakes, poor training or downright lying. You tell me.
The day that it was supposed to arrive, does anyone call and apologize for it being late. Never again - lesson learned.

Not sure why they cannot figure out how to answer the phone, I am worried they are out of business, and their website is out of date
You will be paying a monthly fee that is difficult to discern - be very careful it is a ripoff. There must be very fine print telling you that it is a $25 a month charge. Yecch
