Ordered a dress, it was promised to be here by 10/7, on 10/6 I spent 2.5 hours waiting for customer support to tell me it was delayed and would not ship until after the event for which it was ordered. Then they say that the refund will take another 13 business days. Website has no clue what they are doing or how to treat customers.

Products used: Cancelled the order because they could not deliver in time, and could not update me without waiting for 2 hours to speak with customer service
