I used them recently, with in 90 days. They sent referrals out to 6 different facilities. 1/2 of them was not a fit at all. Actually only 2 fit the bill for my mother. We selected one of them. Brookdale North Tucson. After 3 months I am pulling my mother out. What I believe this company does is they have the facilities that pay them. Rather it is a good or bad facility doesn't really matter to them. It's a "I scratch your back, you scratch mine kind of company in my opinion. I reach out to them to let them know what a horrible facility Brookdale was. And no response from them. But why should they respond, they got paid. It's better for you to do the research yourself. Using them you just think they are looking out for your best interest, and the best fit. They are not. Stay away from big corporate facilities. It's just a money game for them.
