On 6 April my daughter ordered a PROM Dress from LoliPromDress.com, the dress was described as Royal Blue and had a picture to match. When ordered the dress, paid extra to require a signature for delivery, and was told it would arrive within two weeks. The dress arrived yesterday, 30 April, did not require a signature for delivery nor was that stated on the package, and the color was light blue.
We contacted the company and they stated it was the right color. When ordering the Royal Blue Dress and selecting Royal Blue in the pull down menu it changes on the completed order form to Blue after you have submitted your payment. The company or person has an exchange/refund policy online but they do not honor it. We did contact them via email and they stated: (This is verbatim)
Dear customer:
Hi, the color you chose is blue, you didn't choose the loyal blue. We didn't make the wrong dress for you.

We informed them of what happened and we choose the Royal Blue, not light Blue and not blue. They refuse to talk or respond to us.
STAY WELL CLEAR of this SITE. The company is out of China and has no intention of providing what you paid for, only want your money.
