I had a problem with a product I purchased being damaged, so I emailed their Customer Service Department about the issue and they responded within 24 hours(week day)and sent me a replacement without any problems.
I feel comfortable buying more products from Houge in the future, knowing they stand behind their products and will rectify any problems.

Love the shaver and blades, but hate the shipping.

I ordered my shaver and blades on February 25th, 2019, but didn't get them until March 11th, 2019.

The shipping label shows it was shipped from Nevada and being that I'm only one state away, I feel I should have received my order a lot sooner.

Other than the extended time in delivery, I am happy with my purchase.
