AVOID this company or you could LOSE MONEY. I ordered a phone from them, but I emailed to cancel the order THREE TIMES before shipping, yet they still sent the phone. I returned it immediately as their T&Cs say I am able to do but they have had the returned phone for over a week now and I've not received a refund (PayPal), nor the slightest indication that a refund has been initiated.
They are terrible at answering emails and almost never answer the phone. Dreadful customer service.

I would advise against using this website. They are currently (possibly always) running a "Free Watches Promotion" whereby you get a free "luxury" watch for simply the cost of shipping. The supposed retail price of these watches is around $150 but they offer them free because "We are sure you will absolutely LOVE the watches and wear them a lot. People will ask where you got them... from Francesco Pielli".
Be warned, the watches themselves are cheap and nasty, and you may not even receive one.
An example is their "Military Sports Watch" ($149) - the watch is actually a "Luxury O. T. SEA Brand Three Eyes Leather Watch" that you can find on aliexpress.com for $4.79. (The watch picture gives you the impression of it having chronograph/stopwatch features but the buttons are fakes - just fixed steel nubs on the case.)
Worse still, there are many who think this is simply a scam to rip off people by grabbing credit card details, though I currently have no evidence of this.
I would avoid them and not take the risk.
