I made a purchase on Ebay and used pay pal to pay for it. I received a tracking number and awaited its arrival. I got the notification that it was delivered but the item was not there. I checked proof of delivery and it said that the package was released by driver and put by the garage. Well there is no garage at the house. I opened a dispute on Pay pal and it was denied even after telling them that the tracking number provided was not in my name or address. After contacting UPS they could not give me a lot of information due to security issues, but they did tell me that the tracking number I was provided was not in my name or my address. Pay pal will not help at all because the tracking number provided when checked says it was delivered. It does say it was delivered but it doesn't give a name or address just the town and state which happens to be my town and state. There is $90.00 I will never get back. I tried to open a dispute with Ebay but they said they can not because there was one opened on Pay pal. Right after I opened the dispute with Pay pal and they reached out to the seller, the seller de registered their account with Ebay. Ebay will not help, Pay pal will not help. Be careful if you use these 2

I purchased a Motherboard and CPU Combo it was guaranteed one day delivery well it showed up a day late. I emailed them because it said guaranteed one day delivery and got a reply basically saying too bad so sad we shipped it out in time it was the shipper. So much for the guarantee delivery. If that's the case they need to change it to say guaranteed shipment and not delivery. If you purchase something that says guaranteed delivery by a date remember it only guarantees shipment

So I tried to buy a movie Batman The killing Joke. I was a special deal $16.99 for Hdx download and Blue ray disc when I went to order it it said it could not complete the order try later or call tech support, so I called tech support and they informed me that the reason was because I did not have an address listed in my profile, but yet when i clicked on my profile the address was already listed. I've been a member for over two years and added my address when I signed up. The tech support agent said he couldn't do any thing for me. I contacted support via email and have not gotten a reply back go figure, So tell me why I should keep my account open
