I think that the price for my drill chuck key was plenty fair but to charge $7.00 to ship was ridiculous. This should have cost no more than $2.95 to ship in small padded envelope. Over all I am satisfied except for the shipping charges.

Hello Jeff, Thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback. We apologize that our shipping prices are not as low as you expected. We only offer options that allow us to track packages, by using numbers generated by the shipping carriers. This helps us identify shipping progress for customers, as well as gives us information in case something were to happen to the order during transit. We try to keep our shipping prices as low as possible, but do also have to keep them at a level to help cover our shipping and handling costs.
