I sent in my iPhone 4s and HelloTotem recieved it almost two weeks ago. On their website, they say that if everything checks out, you will be paid within 48 hours. Since I had not received a check, I submitted a ticket and sent them several e-mails asking for the status. I also e-mailed Nicholas, as suggested by the HelloTotem rep who has responded to some of the other reviews on sitejabber. So far, no response back wahtsoever. Very disappointing.

Update--I did get a check from them, so in the end it worked out. However, they were very unresponsive during the process which was frustrating.
