I ordered a guitar for my granddaughter. It came with a tuner, strap and picks. When I received the package, it was shipped in the original box. 2 small pieces of bubble wrap on each end, then shrink wrapped. The end of the box was broken. When i opened it, I found the sides of the guitar were broken apart. I found that they have no phone number, you have to talk to someone thru a chat page. Short story, they offered me part of my money if I took it to a shop to get repaired. I said no. They sent a return label but it had someone else name on it instead of mine. Finally got corrected label. Sent it in and only got partial money back. They tried to say I didn't send all of the parts back. After dealing with this place for almost a month. I finally got all my money back. Guitar was cheap as well. Who ships a fragile item without proper packaging.
