From browsing the website to find what I want to buy (or information on items), to ordering and follow up, the Transformer Land crew takes care of their customers!
In the last year I've placed over 15 orders and I keep going back for more. I exhaust ALL options with Transformer Land FIRST before attempting to purchase the majority of my Transformer figures/accessories elsewhere.

Ask questions if you are looking for something in particular! They have a online form you can fill out for specifics and they respond pretty quickly for a decent sized business!
