These people look at you like sucker $$$. Do NOT use them. Don't waste your time, money and once of life time event with these people. They are fake, they promise you things and do not deliver. They are only friendly when they want your business, once you give them the deposit then everything goes downhill afterward. These people change their business name every few years, that really tell you something right there...
If you really need to use them, make sure you don't pay in full and have everything written down on the contract, otherwise you don't have any negotiation power. Good luck...
