I ordered a laptop. My bank denied the charge due to it looking fraudulent. I immediately authorized the charge. No one at CDW notified me that the card had been declined. I was expecting the delivery today. I logged on to CDW only to find that nothing had shipped. I called customer (lack of) service they indicated that the card had been declined but had no explanation as to why no one contacted me nor reran the card. The rep reran the card and said it had been denied again. I contacted the bank and they said the charge had been approved. (what is going on!) The rep now said he saw it was approved but offered no improved shipping method to offset their lack of communication. I decided to check the order status and now see the item is back ordered. Not sure why the rep couldn't tell me that. I called again to cancel the order. I checked my bank account and they have now charged me for the item twice! WTF people!
