I am a merchant who has worked with this spreebird once. And it was a horrible experience. I should of learned, but they reached out to me again to do a deal, two and a half months later, still no communication. I can understand how the consumer feels, if a merchant has a difficulty with them. I would never do business with them or buy any thing from spreebird! Spread your tiny wings and fly away far away. They simply have no customer service, and no one of any intellegance past the 6th grade level working there.
