Ok, lets be simple, I have go to Sumy (head office to this agency).
Have paid all fee.
When waiting in the "lounge" for a lady.
One of the "translator" lets a door open near me.
From there I can see the REAL SCAM.
They pay lady (even one man), only to copy and change name on letter and resend this to many men (a lots).
YES! Just copy the same letter made minor change (like answer one or 2 questions from the previous letter of man.
After 30 minutes of watching this, one of the translator see me watching and close very strongly the door.
When I talk about this to the "office manager" (a very nice lady). She say to me this is a secret and not told anyone about this. Because the owner of the agency (who also supply the room and transport (Kiev-Sumy)), will kick me out of the apt. And leave me in street without any transport.
To keep my "silence" she advise me to avoid most of the lady agency (the more beautiful one are there only to attract customers (receive giftS) and have them back again, thye receive also a small % of translation fee).
This mean EACH time you write to a lady, it is NEVER her who answer you. And if you ask for additional service (like a skype video call), the lady receive a %.
Just be aware about this...
Please... do not believe this 5* other review, possible one of their employer who are paid to put good review on internet.
