Once I was put in touch with the Customer Support group they stayed in contact with me until my problem was solved. They were very professional and the resolution was in my favor despite me being responsible for the problem. I would recommend using this service to anyone.
Tip for consumers:
Don’t take no for an answer, ask to speak to a supervisor. Everything went well after that.
