I ordered 2 of these as Christmas presents. They turned into 1 of the hot items this year. I received an email saying the order would be delayed but would get here by Christmas. Problem was - I had to mail 1 of them as a gift. I contacted customer service and they made sure to ship 1 where I needed it to go. They both got delivered before Christmas. My husband used his when the check engine light came on during the deep freeze. It worked great! This has already saved us money by diagnosing the minor issue due to cold weather. Great company, great product, easy to use. I highly recommend FI XD.

Crabtree and Evelyn ships out of Connecticut. I live in New Hampshire. I ordered on a Tuesday and the order was shipped on a Friday - before a long holiday weekend. The temperatures were sub-zero. The order arrived on a Tuesday as a big, frozen mess. The bath gels I ordered were already leaking all over the box and proceeded to split and leak all over the sink I put them in to contain the mess. I contacted customer service who replied with a lot of nonsense about how they tested the product safety when heated or frozen. Not an answer about the big, leaking mess or why they would ship in sub-zero temps when they knew the stuff would be sitting around in a warehouse for 3 days. So they aren't taking any responsibility for this mess. As a long time customer I will not be ordering from them again.

The order took over a month to be delivered. When the shirts finally arrived I was not at all happy with them. The fabric is really cheap, the color is not even close to what was pictured and the sizing is not true to size. I will never order from Zulily again.
